Keep the first conversation simple.
What the form asks for
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional organization, offer of interest, and a short description. It also includes consent to use those details to respond.
What is sent with an inquiry
The form includes the current page path and campaign parameters, when present, to identify the source of the inquiry. It does not include the full referring URL. The site does not add your email or message to page URLs.
Where an inquiry goes
Your inquiry is sent by email to the inWorks LLC support team. The form reports receipt only after the message has been accepted for delivery.
We keep the initial inquiry until it has been processed. Your contact information is then recorded in the inWorks LLC customer relationship management (CRM) system for marketing and sales follow-up. Submitted information is not shared outside inWorks LLC. It stays within inWorks LLC systems, which may be hosted by a limited set of technology providers that process it on our behalf.
Spam protection
The form uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check to tell people from automated programs. Your browser loads it from Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address to run the check.
Email is a separate option
“Open an email instead” prepares a draft in your email application. You decide whether to send it. Preparing a draft is not a website submission.
Cookies and analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics service, to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages they view and where they click and scroll. Clarity may record session replays and heatmaps. It sets first-party cookies (_clck and _clsk) to connect the pages of a visit, and Microsoft sets its own third-party cookies (such as CLID and MUID); Microsoft describes MUID as used for advertising, site analytics, and other operational purposes. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded. We do not load Clarity if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Clarity does not set cookies without consent, which this site does not currently request. Microsoft processes this information as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We do not use this information for advertising, and this site runs no advertising trackers of its own. Hosting infrastructure and added services, such as the inWorks LLC CRM, may process technical information and the details you submit.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, account details, controlled information, or confidential files. Ask us to arrange an appropriate secure channel.
